Member Categories

Membership of the said Society shall be granted to an adult person who is 21 years old or any other entity through their representative and who/which agrees with the aims and objects of the Society. They shall have to abide by rules and regulations of the said Society. Membership will be allowed after consideration and approval of Managing Committee. Managing Committee keeps the right to reject any application for membership with giving specific reason.

Elite Member

Elite membership shall be offered to an individual / entity through their individual representative duly authorised by board resolution. The said individual / entity should be engaged in the business of Exhibition stand designing and construction with minimum 3 year existence since incorporation and having a minimum turnover of Rs. 50 lakhs in the preceding year.

Applications for life membership shall be accepted with

After Scrutiny of the application and supporting documents, the Managing Committee shall confirm the acceptance of the application. Enrolment fee  and annual subscription fee to be paid within 15 days of approving the application for proposed membership.

On receipt of the Payment of Entrance Fee and Annual Subscription, membership shall be granted.

Elite members shall have eligibility for voting as well as contesting the election to the Managing Committee.

Primary Member

The said individual / entity should be engaged in the business of Exhibition stand designing and construction with minimum 3 year existence since incorporation in the industry and having a minimum turnover of Rs. 25 lakhs in the preceding year.

Applications for Primary membership shall be accepted with

After Scrutiny of the application and supporting documents, the Managing Committee shall confirm the acceptance of the application. Enrolment fee and annual subscription fee  to be paid within 15 days of approving the application for proposed membership.

On receipt of the Payment of Entrance Fee and Annual Subscription, membership shall be given.

Primary members shall have eligibility for voting but will not be permitted to contest the election to the Managing Committee.

Associate Member

Associate membership shall be offered to an individual / entity through their individual representative duly authorised by board resolution. The said individual / entity should be engaged in the business of allied services supporting Exhibition Industries. The company should have minimum 1 year existence since incorporation.

Applications for life membership shall be accepted with

After Scrutiny of the application and supporting documents, the Managing Committee shall confirm the acceptance of the application. Enrolment fee  and annual subscription fee to be paid within 15 days of approving the application for proposed membership.

This membership shall be valid only for one year.

Ceasing to be a Member

A person shall ipso-facto to cease to be member and shall be removed as such by the Managing Committee.
